My name is Patrick Jernigan. I'm a personal trainer specializing in Russian Kettlebells. I teach "Hard Style" kettlebell lifting which helps you get the most out of each exercise while reinforcing positive body mechanics. I start each client out by doing a Functional Movement Screen to identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns. I am a Purple Belt at the Ralph Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy in San Francisco where I run a kettlebell training group class and conduct private sessions.

Group classes are free to Ralph Gracie members and $10 for drop-ins. Private sessions are $60/hr or $500 for a block of ten. I also do housecalls for private sessions.
